Q. Can the Caseking Repair Technicians fix  my phone?​

Caseking Cellphone Care repair technician are professionally trained and experienced in cell phone repair. our technician will do best possible effort to repair your phone with comparative price.We use latest technology repair tools and quality parts for the repair.

Q. How long will my repair take?​

Most our repair done while you wait, if you broken screen , charging port repair or other issue. Most repair done with in an hour. We have same day iPad or tablet repair service. most iPad or tablet screen repaired within 2-3 hours depend how busy we are.Call 905 488 0790 for the estimated repair time for your device.

Q. How does your warranty plan work?​

We have 30 days warranty on all of specific repair for the parts and labor.Specific repair means ie if you fix your screen then if you have any touch issue with your screen that covered under warranty. it does not cover other issue with the phone. After we repair your device physical or water damage happened that is not covered under warranty. please read repair waiver form before you hand your phone to technician.

Q. Do I need to back up my device before bringing it to you?

If possible, we always recommend to back up your device before you go to any repair store for repair. At Caseking Cellphone Care we don't take any responsibility for any data lost to your device.

Q. Does you website collect our data when we send appointment request or estimate?​

Yes, we keep customer data as customer provided for communicate with customer and repair warranty purpose.
